The Family Wellness Preventive Screening and Navigation Program is operated by Happy Feet 4 All. We are not a medical clinic and do not provide diagnosis or treatment. All clinical care is delivered by independently licensed providers in our referral network. Coverage is subject to plan eligibility and medical necessity.
