These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in the SMS/text messaging program (“SMS Service”) offered by Happy Feet 4 All, LLC (“Happy Feet 4 All,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).   • To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text.
  • After you send STOP, you may receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
  • To rejoin, you must opt in again through our website or authorized forms.

4. Costs & Fees

  • Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier plan.
  • Happy Feet 4 All does not charge additional fees for SMS Service.
  • You are responsible for any charges billed by your carrier.

5. Carriers & Delivery

Our SMS Service works with major U.S. carriers but delivery is not guaranteed. Message delivery may be affected by your mobile carrier’s coverage or technical issues.

6. Privacy & Data Use

  • We respect your privacy. Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We will not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
  • Data collected through SMS will only be used to provide the services you opted in for.

7. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the SMS Service, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

8. Termination or Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the SMS Service, or your participation in it, at any time for any reason, including suspected misuse or violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Happy Feet 4 All is not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.
  • We are not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the SMS Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued participation in the SMS Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
