Mohammed Billah, CPED, serves as Chief of the Pedorthics Department at Happy Feet 4 All, LLC, where he has been a key leader for over four years. In this role, he oversees pedorthic operations, clinical screening protocols, fitter supervision, and quality control across multiple community-based sites. As a Certified Professional in Executive Development (CPED), he brings structured leadership and performance-driven oversight to the organization’s preventative care initiatives. He has spearheaded the integration of the latest 3D scanning technology, enhancing biomechanical assessments and adding cutting-edge precision to the project’s preventative care and custom orthotic solutions.
Under his leadership, the department has strengthened standardized screening methodologies, structured fitter supervision, operational coordination with healthcare providers, quality assurance focused on measurable patient outcomes, and scalable systems supporting multi-site preventative screening programs.
